So, what Is All On 4?
All On 4 is an incredible dental implant treatment we provide to patients looking to have their replacement teeth on the same day they visit us for the implant procedure. Four implants are embedded in each jaw, providing a strong base for permanent replacement teeth which we custom make just for you. You usually only need four implants to support a complete full arch which means you leave the clinic with a completely new set of teeth. Once the implants are in, we can often attach the new teeth straight away so you don’t leave with anything less than a full grin!
The Process
When you come in to see us at the beginning of the day we will start with a consultation. This will require a complete clinical examination from your Abbey Road implant dentist and a lengthy chat with us discussing what you want and need. We will then give you our opinion on the best treatment plan according to your budget, and go through the details with you. This is where we will also answer any questions you may have.
Following your consultation we will perform a CT scan which enables us to look in detail at the bone and jaw structure.
After this is done, we can complete a mock-up for you and more detailed treatment planning. When the actual treatment begins, we remove any residual teeth and place your dental implants. This can be done using sedation, which is something we discuss during your consultation.
Following this stage, we create permanent bridgework for you and replacement teeth. Your final bridgework will come in around 3-4 months after your initial implantation procedure and will be fitted pending the implants settling in. We would be checking your progress regularly throughout this entire process.

Your teeth won’t be moving around in your mouth causing your soreness, pain, problems eating, or embarrassment.
