Cancellation and No-Show policy

Office hours are by appointment only, and the appointment time is reserved for you alone. Cancellation of an appointment with less than two working days notice may incur a charge unless we are able to allocate the time to another patient.

We reserve the right to charge for any missed appointments especially where no notice is given. This charge must be paid before any further appointments will be allocated.
